Provision Theater Company presents Sanders Family Christmas
Provision Theater Company, a critically acclaimed Equity theater company, will continue their 2010-11 season with SANDERS FAMILY CHRISTMAS.
The Sanders Family is back! The sequel to one of Provision's most popular and beloved comedies, SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN, SANDERS FAMILY CHRISTMAS arrives just in time to make your holidays truly memorable. More than two dozen Christmas carols-many of them vintage hymns-and hilarious yuletide stories from the more or less devout Sanders family keep the audience laughing, clapping, and singing along with bluegrass Christmas favorites. Richly entertaining, this wildly infections musical brings cheer to audiences eager to see how their friends from SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN have been getting along.
SANDERS FAMILY CHRISTMAS previews November 23, opens November 27, and runs through December 23.
SANDERS FAMILY CHRISTMAS is directed by Tim Gregory, Artistic Director of Provision Theater. The cast includes Susan Moniz (as Vera Sanders), Richard Marlatt (as Burl Sanders), Ron Turner (as Stanley Sanders), Amber Burgess (as June Sanders), Brian Bohr (as Dennis Sanders), Christine Barnes (as Denise Sanders), Kevin O'Brien (as Mervin Oglethorpe), and Cody Siragusa (as Cecil).
Music Director is Larry Rothbard, Scenic Designer is Inseung Park, Assistant Director is Scott Weinstein, Costume Designer is Rosella Nitti, Lighting Designer is Gary Echelmeyer, Props Master is Joe Dybdal, Production Manager is Jason Pikscher, Technical Director is John Gedeon, and Choreographer is Priscilla Hummel.
